No ability to adapt the app as I get stronger.

Can not reset the app. So if you want to restart from day one you have to delete and reinstall. You can manually go back but it will remember where you were and makes remembering where you actually are impossible. I emailed support and they said it wasnt in the plans to add. Why, they have it on c25k... App is fine but lack of detail and options.
