Maybe I didnt understand this app, but I thought by the end of things, I would be doing 200 sit-ups. Got to Week 8, Day 3 and did a total of 257, but only 75 for the day. Am I the only one who expected to be able to do 200 sit-ups by the end of the program?
I wish it automatically uploaded my workouts to MyFitnessPal and that I could exit the app and keep the workout going.
